Anyone in LA/OC, we have 3 gigs lines up this week.
Tomorrow night, 8/23 at the kiss or kill club at the Echo in Silverlake. This club showcases up and coming bands in Southern California. only 3 bucks a head!!!
Thursday night, 8/25 at The Doll Hut in Anaheim. Doesnt get any more rock and roll than that.
Sunday afternoon, 8/28 at the Sunset Junction street Fair. Think a mini San Diego Street scene, but on Sunset Blvd. We will be playing on the Kiss or Kill stage inside the Air Conditioned El Cid club. Later that night you can check out the New York Dolls.
See ya there

You can do it in one of two ways.
1. you can go to the doll hut website and follow the directions for sending in Demos and booking
2. you can do what I did and know somebody who knows somebody.
You should stop by, it will be a lot of fun.

Fuck, the gig at the Kiss or Kill rocked. there was almost 100 people there. But tonight at the Doll Hut, when we sounded the best we ever had I thought, there was nothing but crickets between songs. tough crowd.....

Hey Steve is there any way you can put up a link to download some of your music? Adrien was going send me some demos but I haven't heard anything back. I would love to have my friends check out your band and since we are way here in PA there is no way we can come see ya live.

sickgirl, you can go to our website, www.deadbeatsinatra.com and go to the audio page. We have 3 new live demo songs, and 3 songs from our 7&7 split from 2 years back. You should be able to click on any of those 6 hyperlinks to get the mp3 to play.
We are finalizing plans to have Derek O'brian record us in November and we should have a new CD by the end of the year. When he is not drumming, he is running his own studio.
Hey, I lived in Latrobe for 18 months back a few years ago. Im so glad im back in California now. I hate Pennsylvania.....no offense.

Is Deadbeat Sinatra ever coming to Northern Ca, SF area? Does anyone have any info on that band Dear Lover, they seem kind of neat to check out.

Deadbeat Sinatra and Dear Lover are the same four guys. They have their band, Deadbeat Sinatra, and then they have Dear Lover, which is their side project as a Social D tribute band. I think I worded that correctly....right Steve?

you said that correctly Michelle. We take Deadbeat Sinatra a lot more seriously than Dear Lover, but every once in a while a club promoter contacts us because he wants a Social Distortion tribut band. Thanks for your question LisaAnn, we dont have any current plans to leave southern California. We are planning to go into the studio sometime in October/November and have a full length by the end of the year. if we play our cards right, and knock on the right doors, we may make it up to the Bay Area and beyond shortly aftarwards.
